I am 25 years old and live in Bel Air, MD. I grew up in Greenville, DE and moved to Maryland in 2003. I am currently enrolled at University of Maryland-Baltimore County. I am studying social work and psychology. My bout with addiction started at age 13 and quickly progressed. With the help of a 12 Step program, I got clean and sober at age 20. After undergoing inpatient treatment, I transitioned to the Mann House and completed a 6 month live-in program. I worked at the Mann House for approximately 2 years and then worked at Phoenix Recovery Center for the following 2 years on the clinical support staff and in the admissions department. I joined Stephen Dengler at Kelly Productions Inc in 2007 to work as its Marketing Director. I have accepted a similar position at FatherMartin.com and look forward to participating in the launch and development of this new online community.
Father Martin has had a profound impact on my personal recovery program. I
have been a longtime beneficiary of his work and an admirer of his role as
a contributor within the addiction treatment field. A key incentive in joining
Kelly Productions Inc and working alongside Stephen in the development of FatherMartin.com
is to assist in celebrating Father Martin's body of work and ensure his message
reaches all individuals affected by addiction.
